Becoming an INDIGEO VOLO Member is easy, and you can join online or in person. At your first Dungeon Party, you’ll be required to present ID to verify your age and identity, and attend a mandatory Membership Orientation session (if you haven’t already).

To ensure the safety and privacy of our community, attendance at our Dungeon Parties is restricted to INDIGEO VOLO Members or pre-approved guests of Members.

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO JOIN INDIGEO VOLO?

You must be 19 years of age or older to become an INDIGEO VOLO Member, or attend events. We take the safety and well-being of our community and our Members seriously and are committed to ensuring that our events are accessed by adults only.

HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER IN PERSON?

If you want to join in person, you can attend any of our munches and speak with a Director to process your Membership, or at the door of a Dungeon Party (prior to 8:oo PM only).

We use Square for both online and in-person transactions. We currently accept: cash, credit/debit, and Apple and Google Pay.

HOW LONG IS MY MEMBERSHIP GOOD FOR?

Your INDIGEO VOLO Membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase. You’ll need to renew your Membership each year to continue enjoying access to our Members only events, and the exclusive discounts and special offers from our affiliates.

IS MY PRIVACY PROTECTED AS A MEMBER OF INDIGEO VOLO?

Yes, we take your privacy very seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

CAN I SHARE MY MEMBERSHIP WITH OTHERS?

No, your INDIGEO VOLO Membership is for your personal use only and is not transferable. Sharing your Membership with others may result in the suspension of your Membership.

HOW DO I REDEEM DISCOUNTS AND OTHER OFFERS?

To redeem your exclusive discounts and special offers, simply show your digital Membership Card (physical card coming soon) or a copy of your membership receipt at the time of purchase.

MEMBERSHIP MODELS

Our Memberships come in two options: a $20 Classic Membership and a $40 Supporter Edition.

Any Membership level gives you access to all of our exciting events, munches, meetings, and conferences. You also get the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and make your voice heard in our society.

If you want to make an even greater impact, you can consider our $40 Membership. This provides you with all the standard benefits, and also sponsors a Membership for someone in the community who cannot afford one.

This way, you’re not only enjoying all that INDIGEO VOLO has to offer but also contributing to the community by providing access to those who might not have been able to join otherwise!

Our Membership benefits are designed to help you make the most of your exploration, and we’re constantly seeking new ways to provide value to our Members.

getting your membership card

We’ve re-done our entire Membership system, and now the cards will be fully digital. Membership cards are given upon completion of orientation. Orientation is held during every party, and during the first munch of the month.

After each orientation, we will go through the list of everyone who attended, and generate your Membership cards, with your own scannable QR code. Please give us up to 48-72 hours to process your Membership. It will be sent to your email- please make sure you check all your inbox folders. You can save the email, download and save the Membership card pdf, and even print it out if you’d like a paper copy for your wallet.

Once you have your card, for the next event you simply show us your Membership card and ticket, we scan it, and stamp your hand! No need to re-attend the orientation unless we make enough changes in the future that we feel it merits revisiting.
