WHAT IS THE ORIENTATION?

The INDIGEO VOLO Orientation is an informal and more interactive version of our event rules, including a few other important pieces of information. We have been updating our policies, and will continually revise our guidelines and rules over time – and we want to make sure that everyone has the same understanding of what to expect (and what is expected of you) at our parties and events!

Going forward, all Members will be required to attend an orientation session once per year, ensuring that you are up to date with and agree to all of our event policies and Membership requirements. If you are a long-time or returning Member, we appreciate the positive impact your presence will provide to the newer Members.

WHY WE'RE MAKING IT A REQUIREMENT

  • We cannot guarantee and trust that every person who checks the box that says they’ve read and accepted our rules has, well, actually read and accepted our rules. By creating an in-person session, we’re allowing all of our information to be spread as clearly as possible and in a more interactive learning style than just a wall of text – as pretty as we try to make it look!
  • People have been harmed during previous events due to ignorance of the rules, and we want to ensure that we do right by that- it’s a matter of safety.
  • We have made large policy changes in the past year, including regarding our incident reporting policies, privacy policies, event rules, and the process for Membership and ticket purchasing.

GETTING YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD

We’ve re-done our entire Membership system, and now the cards will be fully digital. You’ve HOPEFULLY pre-registered for the orientation, and we’ve checked you off the list as you came in- if not, you MUST see the presenting Director after the orientation to give me your details if you haven’t already. At the end of the orientation, you’ll get a fancy handstamp. This shows the other Directors and the DMs that you’ve attended the Orientation, and are good to go to the party and the play floor!

After each orientation, we will go through the list of everyone who attended, and generate your Membership cards, with your own scannable QR code. Please give us up to 48-72 hours to process your Membership. It will be sent to your email- please make sure you check all your inbox folders. You can save the email, download and save the Membership card pdf, and even print it out if you’d like a paper copy for your wallet.

Once you have your card, for the next event you simply show us your Membership card and ticket, we scan it, and stamp your hand! No need to re-attend the orientation unless we make enough changes in the future that we feel it merits revisiting.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We have several ways for your to become a Member of INDIGEO VOLO.

You can register your account and purchase your Membership online by clicking here

If you’d prefer to register in person, you can pay for your Membership and get assistance with your account creation at one of our monthly munches. We accept cash and debit/credit.

YES. Through 2022, we have worked to update our dungeon rules, event policies, and incident reporting methods. The most efficient way to ensure that everyone has the new information is to have a mandatory orientation class. We appreciate your understanding, and thank you for providing a positive example for our new Members.

During events, orientation will be held at 7PM AND 9PM – don’t worry, you only need to attend one! Depending on the number of people being oriented, it may either take place in the main party area, or in one of the classrooms.

We will also be hosting orientation at the tail end of our munch on the fourth Tuesday of the month. Click here for more details about our munches.

If you are a Member prior to September 2022, you can still attend a party if you’ve missed the evening’s orientation. However, we ask that you do not use the play floor until you have completed an orientation session.

If you are a new or prospective Member, you must complete the orientation at your first event. If you arrive at the door after the second orientation of the evening is underway, you will not be able to enter the party. You will not be able to attend an INDIGEO VOLO Dungeon Party unless you have completed your orientation first.

That’s a good question!

If you are attending a munch, we ask that you do not wear any kink or fetish gear. Please wear your regular wardrobe’s clothing- although how formal you’d like to dress up is up to you!

We have no dress code for our Dungeon Parties. You are welcome to wear as much or as little as you like! Fetish wear is appreciated but not required- wear anything that makes you feel kinky, comfortable, confident, or cute. If you are planning to be nude, please bring a towel or blanket to sit on.

We encourage you to participate however you can to keep it kinky!

We have certain restrictions in order to remain in compliance with our various contracts.

Permitted sexual activity (requires a drop cloth) includes penetration of the mouth, genitals, or anus with toys or fingers only. Drop cloths and puppy pads are stocked at the DM Station. Feel free to bring a towel from home!

Restricted sexual activities:

  • Mouth-to-genital
  • Mouth-to-anal
  • Genital-to-genital
  • Genital-to-anal
  • Disruptive rape/CNC play

Not at all!

You do not have to play at any of our events unless you choose to! We encourage you to do whatever makes you feel comfortable. We have a large social area for sitting and chatting, as well as a quiet area with puzzles, books, and littles’ activities. We have a small bar, and various snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. Sample the food and beverages, make some new friends or get caught up with some old ones, and enjoy the party atmosphere!
